Exercise

We offer walks at a brisk pace to get dogs the vital daily exercise they need. Exercise increases cardio-fitness, improves joint and bone health, helps dogs rest more calmly, improves muscle-tone and is mentally stimulating. Under-exercised dogs get fat, lose muscle-tone, develop heart ailments and bone disorders and develop emotional and behavioral problems.

Exercise Options

60 minutes

We offer on-leash walks between 11:00am and 3:00pm. Dogs on hour-long exercise regimens see plenty of variety as we walk Lincoln Park and the Alki Shoreline from Jack Block Park to Me Kwa Mooks Park. We do some upland neighborhood walking as well. Dogs walk the entire hour; pick-up and drop-off time is not included in the walk duration.

1 hour walk, one dog          $25
1 hour walk, two dogs         $30
30 minute walk, one dog     $18
30 minute walk, two dogs   $20

30 minutes

Half-hour exercise regimens are done in your surrounding neighborhood. Dogs walk the entire half-hour; pick-up and drop-off time is not included in the walk duration.

Aggressive or non-socialized dogs

If you have an aggressive dog who has issues on walks, I can help. After training dozens of aggressive dogs in Sound Animals Growl classes, I have the ability to handle your dog in a safe way, and I can help you with advice for your own walks. We schedule these walks after 3:00pm during the week and on weekends. Please click on 'Training' tab for more information.

Training walks

We offer hour-long solo training-walks during which we work on heeling and leash-skills, as well as command-training. Please click on ‘Training’ tab for more information about these walks. These walks are also scheduled after 3:00pm during the week and on weekends.
